COVID-19 Statement

Dear Church Family,

I want to give an update, a warning, and a perspective on this COVID-19 pandemic.

Update - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be switching to online-only for our Sunday AM services for the next few weeks. We are also postponing or canceling programs that take place at the church during this time. We are blessed to have a variety of professionals in the medical community as well as ties to the Center of Disease Control and Prevention who are helping us make wise decisions.

Warning - We need to be careful not to judge or assume people’s motives during this time, rather identify what God wants from us personally. Philippians 2:3-4 says, (3) Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, (4) not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. We recognize that we have several at risk people who attend our church and therefore want to care for our congregation as best we can.

Perspective - I think this is a refining opportunity for the “Church” (globally). I am excited for our churches in the United States as we get a perspective that many churches around the world have experienced related to not being able to meet, dealing with a variety of economic, health and personal inconveniences. We are looking for ways to live out our faith without large gatherings. Not only has prayer and repentance been a prerequisite to revival but often so are difficulties. If this be the hour when Christ returns, may He find the Church watching and prepared!

The services will be one-hour services that start at 11am each Sunday. Please click on the button below to watch the online services as well as to get the latest updates as we will make decisions based on real time information.
